Why me?
My approach combines three decades of real-world organisational and leadership experience, postgraduate coaching training at Ashridge and Warwick, supervised research into the outcomes of my own coaching practice and ongoing work with senior clients. It is reflective, relational and systemic - always grounded in helping people to make meaningful progress.
